The AI keyboard for any app
Fix it before you send it.
OnKey sits on your iPhone keyboard. Fix, rewrite, reply to and translate what you write, without leaving the conversation.
AI runs only when you tap an action. We don't log what you type. What leaves your phone
Try it
Tap an action. Watch it rewrite.
Pick a sample draft, then use the keyboard on the phone. Fix it, change the tone, shorten it, translate it or draft a reply.
You can edit the text in the phone, but this demo only knows its four sample drafts.
Demo with sample text. The app uses AI on the text you select.
What it does
Seven things, one keyboard.
Fix grammar
Write the message as it comes. Tap Fix, read the cleaned-up version, then insert it or undo it. No copy and paste into another app.
Rewrite
Pick what you want changed and OnKey rewrites the text you are writing. Shorter, warmer, clearer, more formal, your call.
Change tone
The same message can land very differently. OnKey offers 16 tones, so you can keep the content and change how it sounds.
Reply
Someone sent a message and you are not sure how to answer. Tell OnKey how you want to respond and it drafts the reply for you to edit.
Translate
Write in the language you think in. OnKey writes it back in the language you need, right in the text field.
Summarize
A long email, a long thread, a long article. Get the short version, in the length and style you choose.
Voice to text
Dictate in the OnKey app and get clean written text. Transcription happens on your iPhone.

I apologize for missing your call yesterday. Meetings ran through the whole day, and I did not return it. Could we speak tomorrow?
Where it works
Anywhere you can type.
OnKey is a keyboard, so it works in any app that lets you use one. You do not paste text into another app and back.

Privacy
What leaves your phone.
Keyboards see everything you type, so you should know exactly what OnKey does. We don't log what you type.
- 01
You tap an action
Nothing is sent while you type. Text is sent only when you tap Fix, Tone, Reply, Translate or Summarize.
- 02
Only that text goes out
It travels over a secured connection to our proxy, then on to the AI model. The response is marked no-store.
- 03
The result comes back to you
It lands in the result card. Nothing replaces your text until you tap Insert.
Use cases
For the messages that are hard to word.
Set up
Ready in two minutes.
Add the keyboard, turn on Full Access for AI actions, and switch with the globe key.
Add the keyboard
Adding a keyboard on iPhone takes a few taps in Settings. The OnKey app walks you through it, and this is the same path.
Turn on Full Access
OnKey needs Full Access to reach the AI over the internet. Without it, the keyboard cannot run AI actions, though typing still works.
Switch keyboards with the globe
The globe key is how iOS switches between keyboards. OnKey uses it like any other keyboard.
Keyboard not showing
Most of the time the keyboard is simply not switched on yet, or you are in a field where iOS does not allow custom keyboards.
Questions
What is OnKey?
OnKey is an iPhone keyboard with AI actions. You write in any app, tap Fix, Tone, Reply, Translate or Summarize, and the result appears in the keyboard for you to insert or undo.
Which apps does it work in?
Any app with a text field where iOS allows a custom keyboard. iOS uses its own keyboard in password fields.
Why does OnKey ask for Full Access?
Full Access lets the keyboard reach the AI over the internet. Without it, AI actions cannot run, but typing still works. iOS shows the same standard warning for every keyboard that asks for it.
What leaves my phone?
Only the text you submit to an AI action, at the moment you tap the action. Nothing is sent passively as you type. The privacy page lists exactly what is sent, where, and what the app keeps.
Do you log what I type?
We don't log what you type. The app keeps a short activity log on your phone that records the action, the character count and the model name, never your text. It holds at most 50 entries and clears itself after 24 hours.
Does the AI run on my phone?
No. Generation happens in the cloud. Voice to text is different: speech is transcribed on your device.
Which languages can it write in?
The output language picker has 40 languages. The keyboard also has real letter layouts for 18 of them.
Does it fix my typing as I type?
No. OnKey acts when you tap an action. It does not change your text automatically.
How much does it cost?
Plans and prices are shown on the App Store page and inside the app, in your local currency.
Can I undo a result?
Yes. Every result appears in a card with Undo and Insert. Nothing replaces your text until you tap Insert.
