OnKey keyboard not showing? Try these
Most of the time the keyboard is simply not switched on yet, or you are in a field where iOS does not allow custom keyboards.
Steps
Check it is switched on. Settings, OnKey, Keyboards, and make sure OnKey is on.
Hold the globe key and look for OnKey. Tap a text field first. If OnKey is not in the list, it is not switched on.
Try a different field. iOS keeps custom keyboards out of password fields and some secure fields, and uses its own keyboard there.
Close and reopen the app. Force-close the app you are typing in and open it again.
Restart your iPhone. If the keyboard still does not appear, restart the phone and try again.
Questions
It shows up but there are no AI actions.

The keyboard says it cannot reach the AI.
Check your Wi-Fi or mobile connection and try again.
